Jiansong co-founded Neutron Systems in 2022 and leads the company's strategic direction. A serial founder with an exited venture behind him, he previously served as Director at Ranplan, transforming it into a leading wireless network planning platform in Europe. He also developed a cutting-edge Battery Energy Management System for industrial and commercial applications.

Chris brings over three decades of experience in global asset management, including as Chief International Operations Officer at Natixis Investment Managers, a $1 trillion global firm. Previously Product Director at M&G Investments for over 20 years, he is a Loughborough University graduate, Securities Institute Diploma holder, and IoD Certified Company Director.

James co-founded Neutron Systems and oversees commercial strategy, product development, and go-to-market. With a background spanning architecture, supply chain, and software engineering, he has led hardware and software teams from concept to launch. He holds an architectural background from UCL Bartlett School of Architecture.

Neil leads Neutron's financial strategy, capital planning, and investor relations. His oversight spans budgeting, financial controls, and the funding structures that support the company's infrastructure deployments and product development programmes across the UK and Europe.

Stephen brings 40 years of legal experience to Neutron, including a decade as Head of Litigation at a central London firm and an international career with a Washington-based law firm operating across the Far East. He oversees all legal, compliance, and contractual matters for the business.

Eugene leads Neutron's business development and sales strategy across the UK and international markets. Based in London, he drives new partnerships, enterprise client acquisition, and revenue growth across the company's EV charging, BESS, and software product lines.
