The driver pulls forward into a ground-level entry bay. No reversing, no manoeuvring, no barriers or ramps. The AI system automatically detects vehicle dimensions, checks for occupants, and confirms alignment — no QR codes or app login needed.

AI allocates & dispatches
stupaOS selects the optimal space based on predicted retrieval time, battery state of charge, and bay availability. The high-speed ASV shuttle accelerates at 1.5 m/s² and places the vehicle precisely in the allocated three-layer stacking rack.

Automatic EV charging
The under-vehicle ACDU unit automatically aligns and connects DC charging to the vehicle from below — no cable, no plug. Real-time BMS communication ensures battery-safe charging throughout. Neutron's platform manages load across all bays within the site's DNO limit.

Retrieve in 60 seconds
The driver requests retrieval via app, web dashboard, or on-site screen. The shuttle retrieves the vehicle in under 60 seconds and delivers it to the exit bay — fully charged and ready to drive, with no waiting and no searching for a floor.
